DESCRIPTION OF THE FLATS / APARTMENTS
Located in a very quiet and residential area of Brussels, we propose you comfortable & pleasant flats / apartments completely renovated with 1 bedroom (total surface of +/- 60 m²) and with 2 bedrooms (total surface of +/- 90 m² - VIP apartment total surface of +/- 100 m² with 2 private terraces) fully equipped kitchen & modern furniture. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a lavabo, a toilet and a bath/shower.
The second bedroom is a twin with 2 separate beds with a bureau corner and a wardrobe with minibar. The bathroom is equipped with a lavabo, a toilet and a bath/shower. The kitchen consists of a microware, a fridge, a kitchen sink, 2 electric cooking plates, a material crockery for 4 persons, a table and 2 chairs.
The living room is equipped with a colour TV and a telephone, a sofa of 2 seats (with possibility to change in a sofa bed for 2 persons) and an armchair, a little table, a bureau corner with a chair. Iron & ironing board in the cupboard. The Fitness room, 2 washers (the soap is free) & 2 clothes dryers with pieces of 1,00 € are at your disposal 24 hours a day in the Aparthotel Lambermont at 100 meters walking distance.

The Flathotel Lambermont and the Aparthotel Lambermont are located in a green area, closed to the Josaphat Parc and near to drugstore, bank, grocer, bookshop, bakery and different restaurants.
At 300 meters walking from the Flathotel (avenue Gilisquet) the bus 65 is going to the Supermarket Carrefour Evere & Nato area.
In front of the Hotel Lambermont, the bus 66 is going to the City center (Place de Brouckère) and the tram 23 is going to the Schuman station (European Parliament) & Heysel / Kinepolis / Atomium / Brupark Village & Océade / Brussels Exhibition Center / Baudouin Stadium.
